I believe the kitchen staff are busy as last week my order was taken too long as 3 other customers that were behind had gotten served. In fact one of them told me they were 3 behind me to get placed at a table. This week the bacon was forgotten to be on my K34 breakfast. I just kindly showed the staff member and she went and got me some. This will not stop me from dining at the K34 kitchen. Thank you

MUST TRY THE VENUE Recently, my wife and I had the pleasure of discovering a new breakfast location that serves on weekends as we are new to the area. We were impressed with the barista/cook, Jasmine, who consistently greeted us with a smile as we passed and displayed an impressive level of skill in her coffee-making abilities. Her presentation was visually appealing and every cup was infused with a palpable passion. Additionally, we were delighted to find that our poached eggs were cooked to perfection. Following our initial experience, we revisited the establishment and my wife discovered bingo mornings, albeit disappointed in not receiving the same level of aesthetic appeal in her coffee order on Wednesday. Finally, I would like to extend my commendation to the team that worked on the busy Sunday we attended. Despite being understaffed, they performed exceptionally well.

Yesterday (23/12/2023) I booked a table for 20 for the pre-Christmas menu in the restaurant. Talk about exceed expectations! (1) The table was decorated with Christmas ornamets and a bon bon for each guest, unexpected but appreciated. (2) The entree was the size of a main meal. (3) The main meal and dessert were delicious and exceedingly generous. (4) All meals arrived at the same time so not one person was left waiting - a faultless luncheon - 3 courses, served to table for $35 each - AMAZING VALUE. Thank you to Head Chef Lilian (he's French), Assistant Chef Leonardo (he's Brazilian) and their team together with Head Hospitality Guru Miranda and her wonderful team for looking after us so beautifully. Beautiful fresh food. We go regularly and there are good options and changes on the menu. Ladies in the restaurant are so friendly and professional. Went yesterday, but disappointed in the bar staff - I stood at the bar while three people behind the bar totally ignored me (I am a senior/female) but served another male who arrived after me! Eventually one of the staff who seemed to be on lunch break came from out the back walked past me, and on the way back, asked if someone was serving me! I politely said no, he poured my drinks and got the other bartender to finish serving me! I would have been happy if they even acknowledged me and said they wouldn't be long. Maybe some lessons in manners might not go astray!

We went there for kids eat free Monday and it was great value and pasta was good and fish and chips for my son was looks really good as well but unfortunately twice cooked pork that my husband ordered was bit sad looking and didn’t fill him up. Have not been to Burleigh Bears since new renovathions were started. Loved Decor nice and bright. The food was 5 star and the service was excellent especially as we were a bit confused with new kitchen arrangements. The staff were very friendly and nothing was a problem , even providing us 3 big Pizza boxes for the food we could not eat that night. Will certainly be going back again.

Haven't been here in probably close to 3 years since the "sickness" befell the Earth and being unable to get back to my birth place Australia for 14 months. Have eaten here before that and in my opinion, nothing to write home about. Came here with family this evening, we each ordered a different dish. Beer Battered Barramundi, cooked wonderfully and fresh, flavour and consistency in the batter hugged the fish snug as a bug in a rug, first class! Chicken Skewers (which by the way is not served on skewers (so much more chicken than you'd get on a stick!) and comes with rice and a surprisingly delightful little zingy asian inspired salad served to the side, Seafood Marinara with a perfectly complimentary little kick of chilli that Goldilocks would be happy with, (can't personally comment on the seafood in the dish because it had all been eaten by the time I got 'round to trying! Another happy customer, speaks volumes!! Coconut Prawns served with THE MOST AMAZING CHIPS I've had in a long time from anywhere!!! Delicious, golden, crunchy coating and a soft and fluffy guts, key word, CONSISTENCY, a beautiful fresh garden salad including cucumber, Garlic Prawns, TEN, YES, TEN, AMPLY SIZED FRESH PRAWNS COOKED TO PERFECTION!!! and a small serving of rice with a little rocket and lemon wedge on the side. KEY WORDS GARLIC PRAWNS, NOT GARLIC RICE WITH A FEW PRAWNS and the garlic bread, such generous portions and the best garlic bread we've had. Most all of us tried a little of every meal and they were all superbly flavoured and presented, 10 out of 10 value for money especially with the 40 percent off with the eatclub app and 10 out of 10 for quality paired with quantity. Whoever the chef is thank you for a memorable meal to write home about and shout out to Helen for her ever amazing customer service, kindness and smile. I am often critical of venues which do not give diners what they ask for. Sometimes, even at the Bears, I am not totally satisfied. Yet every time I point out to staff at the Bears that I am not completely happy, my comments are taken very seriously. For the last few weeks my ordered meals have been perfect. Last Thursday I had one of the best steak meals I have ever had. It was grilled perfectly, the quality of the meat was outstanding and, just as importantly, the kitchen and serving staff were anxious to learn whether or not I was happy. And all of this at a moderate cost. You can't get better than that. I'll be back this coming week.

My wide and I, often accompanied by friends, dine at The Bears at least once, and sometimes more often, each week. We went there last Monday evening to save us the task of preparing and cooking at home after a really busy day. We each had a substantial and delicious meal at a reasonable cost, wine prices are a bit high but not too bad, we were treated courteously by happy staff, so we will keep coming back. The preparation of meals at the Bears is "no nonsense" which is exactly what I want, I don't much like nouvelle cuisine and prefer to understand what I am eating. If you will indulge me, I want to mention one staff member by the name of Demi. She is simply delightful and helpful. One thing about the Bears is that many staff members have been there for years, and that shows the place is well managed. I hope Demi stays on for years, she brightens up the club.

We went to Bear on Ten for Mother's Day breakfast. There was a lovely assorted continental breakfast and a choice of a hot meal. Special Mother's Day menus and tickets for the hot meal. Tables were decorated with flowers. Our table of 8 had an assortment of buttermilk pancakes, Big Breakfast and Egg Benedict. We all enjoyed our meals and had a lovely Mother's Day morning. We regularly have family catchups and Bears on Ten never disappoints. Never had a bad meal.

Hi, the food is always good, the only thing is someone in the kitchen is putting salt on the chips, a lot of older people don't add salt for health reasons. We had a party of 8-10 people the week before and all said they didn't eat the chips because they were ruined with salt, salt is an option that the diner should be able to add as desired, like tomato sauce, thanks...

Burleigh Bears has been one of the most friendliness clubs on the Gold Coast. The people there are welcoming and are always ready for a chat. The staff there are equally welcoming and ready to serve. There is a broad menu with lunch time specials and weekly dining specials. Don't take my word for it go check them out you won't be disappointed that you did.

The table settings were quiet and pleasant, with the decor and lighting being just right, our first impressions were good. The friendly staff and efficiency of the kitchen was also noted and everyone in the group of ten complemented on their dishes. Overall the experience was very satisfactory. I think it would be prudent to check beforehand if there were to be other events or activities coinciding with your planned visit.

Absolutely fantastic, their was 16 of us and we all enjoyed the food, recommend Oysters with Soy and the Crispy Vietnam rolls, everyone enjoyed their food. It was my grandson's birthday and they brought out the cake with plates and spoons, so caring I would highly recommend this restaurant, thankyou for a lovely afternoon.

Modern and clean facilities. Great food and value for money! Meals came out incredibly quick. Kids eat free Monday and Tuesdays which includes free soft drink and ice cream. Highly recommend and will be back next time we are in QLD. Only negative was the lack of EFTPOS at the bar.
