Join us for a truly special afternoon as we come together to support the fight against Motor Neurone Disease (MND), a cause that is deeply personal to the Burleigh Bears community.
Event Details
Friday 28 August, the Bears Group is partnering with MND Queensland to host a very special fundraising event, in honour of NRL South Sydney Rabbitohs player Jai Arrow, who began his junior years with the Burleigh Bears. Jai is now embarking on his fight with MND.
The Arrow family holds deep roots at Burleigh Leagues Club, and the Bears Group is proud to stand alongside MND Queensland, the Arrow family, and the wider MND community to raise vital funds and awareness for those impacted by MND.
The event will bring together representatives from the three clubs Jai has played for: Gold Coast Titans, South Sydney Rabbitohs, and Brisbane Broncos. The afternoon will be in full fundraising style, with incredible prizes up for auction, led by auctioneer Dennis McDermott.
All proceeds from the event will be donated to MND Queensland, with funds raised from select auction items going directly to the Arrow Family.
