Entrée
The dinner begins with a velvety roasted butternut pumpkin soup, swirled with luxurious cognac cream. This opening course is accompanied by a fresh, warm bread roll served with rich French butter.
Main Course
The centrepiece of the feast features tender pan-roasted turkey breast filled with a savoury pistachio mousse. This is served with crispy duck fat roasted potatoes, sweet maple-glazed pumpkin, and vibrant steamed buttered broccolini. A traditional Yorkshire pudding completes the plate, finished with a rich red wine jus.
Dessert
The celebration concludes with a decadent brandy-soaked pudding served with warm caramel custard and fresh cream. The final dish is elegantly garnished with a shimmer of gold dust and a selection of fresh berries.
